Поиск, отбор и оценка персонала, согласно требованиям и сроков закрытия вакансий;

Проверка тестовых заданий;

Составление и оформление трудовых договоров, контрактов и соглашений, формирование и учет личных дел сотрудников;

Контроль адаптации и прохождения испытательного срока для новых сотрудников;

Ведение базы кандидатов;

Мониторинг состояния рынка труда;

Определение каналов поиска и методов привлечения потенциальных кандидатов;

Формирование внутреннего и внешнего кадрового резерва;

Развитие корпоративной культуры;

Участие в др. проектах HR — отдела;

Подготовка HR-отчетности по итогам проделанной работы.
