Requirements:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- English Upper-intermediate and higher
- Time management and planning skills
- Open for on-going learning
- Experience in mailing

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates by using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, Stackoverflow, Github, AmazingHiring, etc) and search techniques (X-Ray, Boolean search and more)
- Reviewing and screening CVs according to vacancy requirements
- Working with ATS to manage and track all candidate interactions on a daily basis
- Job market research
- Work closely with the Recruiter to determine hiring needs and priorities
- Help in gathering market analytics and statistics on request

Desirable skills and criteria:
- Understanding of IT market
- Understanding such platforms as LinkedIn, Stackoverflow, Github, AmazingHiring and search techniques X-Ray, Boolean search and more
- Experience at working with ATS (applicant tracking system)
- Understanding of mailing and setting up mail / Linkedin chains
