Business Analyst (offline)

Requirements:
• 1+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst;
• Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies;
• Willing to challenge and improve existing processes and practices;
• Capable of communicating to technical and non-technical staff;
• Analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements;
• Capable of drafting functional / business / system specifications;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentations;
• Ability to document test scenarios and acceptance criteria;
• At least upper-intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).

Responsibilities:
• Define product requirements and business needs from scratch;
• Define specifications and utilize business analysis skills to document customer processes;
• Define the features to be developed and record them accurately on the Backlog, where new solutions are required;
• Work with customers via workshops, interviews and observations to build an understanding of how a solution might meet their needs;
• Develop acceptance and test criteria to support QA, based on customer knowledge;
• Act as an independent reviewer of the release quality offering a voice outside of the core development team to aid with release decisions;
• Serve as a customer expert for product questions and queries that may arise internally or externally related to the use of products and services.
