Email outreach manager (offline)

Requirements:
-1+ years of relevant experience, e-mail marketing , seo, ppc, foreign markets (USA, Europe preferably).
-Fluent English is a must.
-Repli.io, Hub Spot, lemlist.com, snov.io, apollo.io, Mail Chimp, Google Analytics.

Responsibilities:
-Creation of inbound client inquiries and traffic to our website by email outreaches
-Pro-actively manage email outreach strategy
-Work closely with SDRs and Sales Managers on the outreach campaigns
-Manage the outreach tools (reply.io) and keep updated on developments and other tools
-Work with the CRM tool (Hubspot) for up- and downloading data
-Create various email lists and campaigns
-Create and design various CTAs and email templates (in close cooperation with sales managers)
-Testing of each email campaigns success
-Determine, control, and reach email marketing KPIs
-Real time monitoring on outreach campaign results, timely taking action to stop or change.
-Develop and present reports on a weekly basis
-Close cooperation with Lead generation team on industries, contacts and databases
-Analyze data to get smart insights, suggest methods for improvements
-Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions
-Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.
-Domains maintenance (warm up, elimination from black lists, etc.)
