HR Manager (offline) $1000-1500

Responsibilities:

- lead core HR processes and functions
- recruitment (30% of working time) and retention of IT employees: Developers, Project Managers, Sales Mangers and others
- provide communications, support and develop corporate culture
- support career development of the Team
- organize training and development programs
- prepare reports and HR analytics

Requirements:

- 1 or more years of human resource experience
- experience in IT recruitment
- knowledge of general HR procedures: hiring, terminations, sick leaves, vacations etc
- good verbal and written communication skills
- good computer skills
- intermediate English

Company offers:
- 1000 – 1500 USD salary, based on experience
- good office in Podil
