Recruiter Intern (offline)
β Deep understanding of full lifecycle recruiting in the IT industry;
β Good understanding of HR Processes in IT company;
β Mindset: tactful, mature, flexible, and able to successfully respond to multiple work pressures;
β Team player person who values accountability, honesty, and has a strong sense of urgency;
β Should be willing to participate in other HR projects;
β Excellent organizational skills;
β Intermediate (both spoken and written) level of English.

Responsibilities:
β Full life cycle recruitment of technical and managerial positions;
β Actively source candidates using a variety of channels, develop diverse candidate pools (including passive candidates), and generate pipelines for each position;
β Implement and optimize the recruitment process;
β Manage and develop relationships with hiring managers and candidates;
β Write complete and detailed job descriptions ensuring an understanding of job responsibilities and business requirements;
β Implement and ensure that the applicant tracking system is consistently and effectively used to provide accurate recruitment metrics and compliance;
β Participate in HR branding efforts to position HYS Enterprise as the employer of choice.
