Windows System Administrator (offline)

Store-Restaurants Team is responsible for the set of services that manage the in-house restaurants. For multiple reasons, some services run on the in-store servers. These servers need to be maintained + rollout for new servers should be automated. Also, a monitoring system for all servers/services needs to be created and maintained

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to clarify business needs;
- Collaborate with the team to come up with optimal technical solutions;
- Do whatever needs to be done to ensure that services run consistently and reliably;
- Establish mature engineering practices;
- Be on periodic on-call duty to support the infrastructure (if needed);

Skills Required
- Confident written and spoken English to communicate with customers daily;
- 3+ years of Windows server/pc administration experience;
- Solid experience with PowerShell is critical;
- Experience with SCCM, Win Group Policy Objects;
- Experience with telemetry, logging, dashboards (Datadog/Splunk/New Relic);
- SQL Knowledge (preferably SQL Server);
- Control-M job (preferable) or any scheduling tool;
