RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with day to day operational activities of the HR functions and duties;
- Ensure all employee information in the HRMS system is accurate and up-to-date;
- Provide a high level of customer service, properly handle employee requests regarding PO issues and policies, provide relevant information;
- Ensure 2-side communication between Company & employees using surveys and other communication approaches;
- Conduct initial Onboarding to newcomers by conducting Welcome trainings, explaining Company culture, etc.;
- Organize Performance appraisal meetings, Technical Reviews, 360-degree feedback for the employees on a regular basis;
- Support AcademyX educational Hub and cooperation with training organizations;
- Organize English courses for the employees, create surveys, gather the list of participants;
- Assist with exit process, conduct exit interviews;
- Coordinate communication with IT Cluster members regarding related activities;
- Prepare documentation and reports relating to HR processes;
- Provide statistics and analysis on key PO areas effectiveness;
- Support in organization of employee’s engagement initiatives & events;
- Initiate the PO department improvements;
- Support in all PO activities in case of need to back-up;
- Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to learn quickly;
- Responsible, result-orientated, initiative person;
- Ability to build trust relationships with people;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- High level of empathy;
- Detail-orientated and organizational nature;
- Intermediate+ level of English.

Will be a plus:
- Experience in the IT industry;
- Additional courses and training in the field of organizational psychology, HR management, coaching, etc;
- Familiarity with Excel and different HRMS systems/tools.
