Customer Service Specialist (offline)

We are an US SaaS company based in Kyiv looking to hire the best. We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist who will provide our customers with an A+ grade experience in using our software. They will go above and beyond to make sure that our customers' needs are addressed. In addition they will make sure they are satisfied with the product and offer solutions to further help them.

We are building an Omni-channel messenger platform using Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook, Instagram all in one simple, clean and highly user-friendly interface. The system allows you to contact all your leads in one place with also a flexible and well designed CRM.

Our first product was already successful in the US and now building on that with our newest version which we are building now.

In terms of technology we are using Firebase, Nodejs, React & Event driven architecture.

Key Requirements:
● Outstanding problem solving skills
● Prior experience in online customer service
● Excellent ability to communicate naturally with customers
● Empathetic to customer needs
● Outstanding ability to think creatively & strategically
● Ability to work within a team and independently
● Multi-tasking skills
● Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills
● Willing to work USA day time hours 9AM-5PM Monday through Friday

Responsibilities:
● Addressing inbound customer requests
● Solve customer problems by solving their problem
● Being proactive to suggest ideas
● Communicating with senior CS team to escalate issues
● Suggesting ideas to improve the process anytime it is needed
● Making sure our customers are treated with the highest level of service
