IT Recruiter/Full-stack HR (offline)

Job description

We’re looking for an ambitious full-stack HR (with a predominant focus on recruitment, initially) to join our core team and help shape the future of Zetico.

As the first recruiter/full-stack HR at Zetico, you will play a key role in building our team from the ground up, and work across the full cycle - from first contact & interviews to maintaining employee happiness and engagement in the long run. Depending on your experience and professional ambitions, you might also become a key point of contact for our international clients.

Our ideal candidate is a driven recruiter with at least 1 year’s experience in IT, preferably with a background recruiting full-stack JavaScript developers, and an existing relevant network. But most importantly you’re a people person, not afraid of new challenges, and enjoy helping people find their dream job.

Required skill-set & experience

– 1+ years of experience in headhunting/recruitment, ideally in IT
– Knowledge of the IT market, salary ranges, key players, trends
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Basic understanding of core IT terminology and the SDLC. This includes popular technologies, frameworks, methodologies, platforms, etc.
– Ability to conduct professional screening interviews and match candidates with relevant openings
– Strong interpersonal and networking skills, building long-term relationships with candidates and internal/external stakeholders
– Hands-on experience with major sourcing platforms and channels
– Upper-intermediate+ level of English

Bonus points

– Existing relevant network of JavaScript developers
– Experience working as a full-stack HR, across the full cycle
– Experience working with international clients
– Knowledge and experience with creative sourcing methodologies
– Active presence on social media platforms

Responsibilities

– Identifying requirements for new roles together with the hiring managers
– Headhunting/sourcing both active & passive candidates through various channels and using modern recruitment methodologies
– Conducting initial screenings & evaluation of potential candidates, presenting them to internal/external stakeholders and organizing further interviews
– Ensuring a smooth hiring experience for the candidates, being helpful, empathic and supportive
– Ultimately, closing positions :)
