Skills

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager (Gambling Industry)
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and software development methodologies;
• Ability to create clear and concise requirements documentation;
• Strong knowledge in practices and techniques of business analysis, requirements gathering, and solutions assessment;
• Strong attention to detail, abstract mindset, strong logic skills, ability to identify corner cases and provide the solution for the product;
• Understanding and ability to identify customer needs;
• Ability to clearly present solutions feature with strong argumentation;
• Upper-intermediate level of English (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Providing vision and direction to the development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements;
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on;
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
• Work closely with Head of Departments to create and maintain a product according to business value
• Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities
• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion
• Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
