SMM Manager (offline)

We are looking for you if you:
•You are fluent and competent in Ukrainian and Russian - both orally, but more importantly in writing;
• Speak English at a level not lower than Intermediate;
• You like to work in a team, but you have a high level of self-management;
• You bring what you started to the end or find arguments why it is worth canceling;
• Inquisitive and scrupulous;
• Understand the main trends of both writing and pop culture and work with situational content on time;
• Know and skillfully use graphic editors like Canva or any other convenient one;
• You know how to present the visual component in combination with useful text;
• Choose brevity, clarity, and meaningfulness instead of graphomania for the sake of volume;
• For you, text and visuals are a tool, not just letters under the picture.

A plus will be examples of drawing up strategies to promote social networks, and examples of the social networks. Send also your texts, translations, a list of completed and attended courses on content, copywriting, SMM, targeting, and reading books, which are not only Ilyakhov :)

The main tasks that await you:
• Development of publication strategies and their further analysis;
• Creation and generation of content, maintenance, and promotion of social media. MobiDev networks, communication in them;
• Attracting subscribers, increasing the audience;
• Analysis of the market, audience, and competitors;
• Building and increasing brand loyalty;
• Work with brand mentions in social networks, reputation marketing;
• Internal communication: morning digests, email newsletters in Russian;
• External communication: event announcements, writing articles in Ukrainian;
• Interviewing colleagues for writing articles, creating posts and articles on LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.
• Writing annotations to existing articles;
• Search and establishment of partnerships with useful portals for the IT-sphere: AIN, DOU, etc .;
• Creation of texts for promotional materials for partnerships: universities, Kharkiv IT Cluster, charity (flyers, banners, etc.).
