Middle Business Analyst (offline)

You will be joined to the British project, which is the world’s first air cargo charter booking platform, connecting urgent cargo charter requests from freight forwarders directly to aircraft operators with an intelligent platform that provides greater speed and transparency to a traditionally over-complicated market.

BEING PART OF THE TEAM (Responsibilities)
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible at least for requirements gathering, communication with business users, PO, requirement management, analysis of product backlog items, clarification of acceptance criteria with POs, user stories preparation for grooming, conducting grooming sessions, mocking up user interfaces with the PO/team members, building scenarios for testing together with testing team, working on upcoming features for future releases and take care of the overall product quality from a business user perspective.

POWER YOU BRING (Qualification and skills)

At least 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Solid knowledge about Software Development Lifecycle and Software Engineering Process. Has knowledge about standards and practices, able to perform business activities during Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, and Closing project phases. Has strong experience with mobile projects.

Skilled in:
- Requirements management
- Highly analytical, ideally with experience in analytics tools
- Analysis of product backlog items
- Highly experienced with mobile projects
- Clarification of acceptance criteria with POs
- User stories preparation for grooming, conducting grooming sessions
- Mocking up user interfaces with the PO/team members
- Building scenarios for testing together with the testing team
- Knowledge of BABook
- Great communication and presentation skills

Tools:
- Jira (able to configure workflows, access, board settings)
- Confluence
- Office package
