IT Researcher (offline)

Requirements:
• From 1 year of experience in a similar position;
• Understanding of the IT technologies industry, basic knowledge of programming technology differences;
• Experience in Google Boolean and x-Ray search;
• Strong presentation and communication skills;
• Ability to multitask and process large amounts of data;
• Experience in Market Research and analysis, exploring the salary ranges;
• At least Intermediate English level

Responsibilities:
• Provide active sourcing for candidates according to vacancies requirements using different channels: LinkedIn, internal database, job portals, social networks, and other resources in Ukraine and Europe;
• Collaborating and consulting with the Recruitment team and hiring managers to review job requirements and sourcing strategy that effectively market the opportunity;
• Review job descriptions to understand the hiring manager’s needs and ask questions to help identify the right candidate(s);
• Proactively interact with potential candidates on professional networks and social media;
• Use sourcing effective techniques to search for the required information on the Internet.
