Необходимые навыки
— Degree in English, Technical Writing, or a related field
— 3+ years of experience writing documentation for a developer audience
— Experience architecting, writing, and editing technical documentation for software developers and non-technical materials (e.g. white papers, e-books) for non-tech audience.
— Experience with Git, Markdown, HTML

Обязанности
— Write content that combines accurate, appropriate and consistent technical information with Middleware Inc. sales and marketing messaging
— Write technical documentation for external developer audiences, such as developer guides or API reference docs. Work as an embedded member of our product management and engineering teams to produce top-quality documentation at a high velocity.
— Manage complex documentation projects, giving consideration to information architecture, code samples, and content strategy.
— Edit or proofread documents written by technical and non-technical contributors to ensure clarity and consistency.
— Conduct discovery with customers and internal stakeholders to deeply understand intended functionality and use cases.
— Create diagrams to illustrate key technical concepts.
— Help manage and improve documentation ecosystem;
— Work with a broad range of other teams such as R&D, product management, product marketing, legal, information security, cloud operations and others, to collect and verify information
— Keep up to date on product enhancements through release notes and documentation, blogs and press releases, and internal networking
— Perform independent research on technical content, and contribute new and revised material to the standard content library
— Assist in the vision, strategy, direction, and implementation of product documentation and learning materials
— Transform technical concepts into documentation learning materials that are structured and effective
— Help establish guidelines and structures for all documentation and learning materials
— Foster contribution to documentation and learning materials across the company
