HR Generalist (offline) $500-900
We are looking for a responsible, initiative HR Generalist with a strong desire for self-improvement that would conduct HR and recruitment procedures, develop our HR Brand, keep our employees and be exciting about her own work.
Main requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in HR Generalist position (IT company);
- Independence, responsibility, and self-organization;
- Energetic and initiative person;
- Highly developed communication skills;
- English level: Intermediate+;
- Excellent planning, time-management, negotiation, and analytical skills;
- Experience with (MS Office, Google Docs);

HR Responsibilities:
- Onboarding for new employees;
- Staff adaptation;
- One on One meetings and maintaining the database of results;
- Administration of the IT Academy (advertising, processing incoming requests, organization of testing and interviews, feedbacks, organization of educational process, HR interviews);
- Organization and scheduling meetings and appointments;
- Providing the office with all the necessary things;
- Managing the internal office budget;
- Organization office operations and procedures;
- Managing pages of the company in social networks;
- Building the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partners;
- Organization and conducting events;
- Conducting motivation monitoring;
- Off-boarding (exit interview, feedbacks)
- Staff development (responsible for the continuing education, training, and certification of new and experienced employees);
- Managing Performance review procedure;
- Supporting employees with all issues.
Recruiting Responsibilities:
- Placement of vacancies in various search channels;
- Search for candidates (using various channels);
- Conducting HR interviews (+ checking the level of English);
- Maintaining a database of CRM candidates;
- Reporting on the recruitment process;
- Monitoring and analysis of the IT market;
- Regular and timely feedback from candidates;
- Representation of the company in universities / IT fairs.
