— 3 year+ of recruiting experience (IT and Product vacancies)
— Experience in a multi-national environment
— Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and channels
— Experience in conducting interviews and forming a profile of candidates
— Advanced English level
— Good communication skills

Duties
— Organize the full-cycle recruitment process
— Сonduct adaption process
— Coordinate administrative tasks
— Help with other internal HR processes.
