Technical Product Manager, mental health (offline)

Our current product suite includes a patient mobile/web app (uprise.co) connecting patients with much needed help and a clinical assessment solution. We are looking for a product manager to help turn uprise.co into a groundbreaking digital mental health and chronic care management product.

You Will

- Establish strong professional relationships with business stakeholders and customers and act as a product subject matter expert.
- Translate the product roadmap into well-defined product requirements and specs covering features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Break down complex problems into steps that will drive product development.
- Work side by side with the product engineering team. Participate in daily standups, sprint planning / grooming / retrospectives. Assist with changes to launch scope and associated tradeoffs.
- Establish and track product KPIs. Produce and turn insights into actions.
- Seek out, own, and act on the customer feedback. Identify, stay on top of, and work with the product engineering team to expeditiously eliminate product defects.

Who You Are

- You have been part of successful mobile and/or web product launches.
- You come from a technical background. Prior developer experience is a big plus.
- You are very analytical, data driven, and a problem solver by nature. You have experience with web/mobile analytics tools.
- You are great with writing specs and documentation.
- You have a reasonable command of spoken English. This is obviously not a linguistic competition, but you need to be able to participate effectively in meetings, deliver presentations, and otherwise be a strong communicator.
- You are comfortable working in an agile fast-paced environment.
- You have experience working with UX design of consumer-facing products.
- Last but not least, you are self-driven, well organized, curious, tenacious, and communicate effectively. You ask a lot of questions, dig deep, and come up with creative reliable solutions and execute repeatably with a great sense of ownership and accountability.
