Junior Ad Operations manager (offline)

The ideal candidate for this role:

- Work experience at least 1 year in advertising agencies, saleshouse;
- The level of the Ukrainian / Russian languages ​​is free and literate. English - Intermediate level;
- Advanced MS Office skills (! Excel, Google Sheets); it would be great if you know / know how to work in DoubleClick tools, Facebook and other international products;
- Perseverance, attentiveness, accuracy;
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and at the same time provide high-quality service;
- Zen state of multitasking, prioritization and time management;
- Desire to develop with reinforced actions.

Would be a plus:
- Knowledge of the digital market, key indicators, skills in Internet planning;
- HTML / CSS (these skills will come in handy for performing duties), and if there is still JS, then generally a combo!

As a Ad Operations manager at First Sport Group you will be taking care of the following:

- Optimization of the complete process of setting up and running advertising campaigns for clients (brands):
1. Coordination of actions to prepare for the launch of advertising campaigns, responsibility for meeting deadlines and correct launch of advertising campaigns.
2. Implementation of KPI campaigns, daily monitoring and optimization, problem solving (troubleshooting traffic problems, testing the functionality of client links in target GEOs) that arise during campaigns, ad campaigns progress daily monitoring and notifying accounts / sales about the status of campaigns.
- Preparation of reports, analysis of the results of advertising campaigns, analysis of the achievement of the set goals / objectives;
- Technical support of the sales team: assistance in communicating with the client on technical issues on the platform;
- Technical revision of advertisers' advertising materials, if necessary (HTML / CSS / JS);
- Development of recommendations / TOR to improve the effectiveness of advertising materials for clients and management of the design team to implement these recommendations
