Technical Support 24/7 (offline)

Role description:
• Work shifts (day/evening/night/weekend/holiday) as a part of our 24/7 team
• Support servers and perform SysAdmin tasks for the QSR Networks
• Perform deployments and access management
• Alert reason investigation and fixing
• Perform AWS, Azure infrastructure related tasks

Required skills:
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux Servers
• Ability to remotely log into servers to retrieve logs and check event logs
• Experience with troubleshooting processes
• Accuracy in logging and documenting your own work

Will be a plus:
• Experience with user management tools (AD, GPO)
• Ability to review and analyze information coming from monitoring and reporting tools (i.e. DataDog, PagerDuty)
• Knowledge of GIT
• Experience with Jenkins
• Experience with Bitbucket, Azure DevOps and Confluence
• Experience with Kubernetes
