IT Recruiter (offline)

About:
We coordinate projects with our dedicated development teams due to the productive collaboration between our Project/Account Managers, Recruiters and foreign customers.
You are going to do full-cycle recruiting activities, working with the variety of IT job vacancies from Web to AI directions.

Responsibilities:
Providing a full-cycle of recruitment process;
Drawing up requirements for vacancies;
Searching and selection of IT specialists using different search channels;
Interviewing the candidates with Project/Account Managers and technical specialists;
Offering suitable candidates.

Requirements:
3+ years of IT recruiting experience;
Understanding of software development process, technologies, and methodologies;
Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques;
Ability to work in a dynamic environment;
Strong time management and problem-solving skills;
Strong claim management skills;
Intermediate English level or higher;
Good sense of humor and a desire to work in a team 🙂
