Head of HR (offline)

What you’ll help us with:

Build an efficient HR environment in hand with business leaders for achieving business objectives;
Support the development, and drive the achievement of the annual strategy;
Measure organizational health and lead appropriate employee engagement and 3R strategies (Reward, Retention, Recognition);
Сonducting basic HR processes (onboarding, adaptation, internal relocations, exit specialists, etc.)
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with employees;
Assisting in building Artkai brand and helping in bringing top talents to the company;
Collaborating with leadership and hiring managers to identify current and future employment needs;
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned positions including interviewing, selection, negotiation (the team consists of 2 recruitment specialists);
Planning team building and other corporate events.

Here’s the experience that will help you to do the job:

3+years of experience in HRM/HRG/HRBP role with headcount 50+;
Experience in IT industry is a must
Proven HR expertise in multiple HR disciplines and processes
Ability to compose and describe HR business processes
Understanding of the full cycle of recruiting (Junior, Middle, Senior C-Level);
level of English: Upper-Intermediate or Intermediate.
