Project manager (offline)

Puls Software invites Project manager to join our team of professionals. We are engaged in game, mobile, web development, as well as we have cool VR / AR projects available. We have been on the market for 4 years, and our team consists of clever, goal-oriented and attentive employees. We started moving to a new professional level and Pulse Software is expanding the Team.
We're looking for a motivated and smart Project manager to join us and contribute to exciting projects.

Requirements:

— Experience in management 1,5+ years;
— Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English;
— Understanding of project management principles and SDLC;
— Stress / Conflict Resolution;
— Strong risk management skills;
— Self-motivated, self-improving, high-goals individual;
— Attentive to details, fast learner, good memory, structured thinking;
— Familiar with web / mobile technologies;
— Practical experience in using project management tools (JIRA, etc.).

Role description:

— Project Management full cycle: from participation in a presale to successful project release/support stage;
— Management of scope, budgets, a timeline of one or several projects
— Coordinate the work of development teams;
— Project plan creation (milestones,etc.);
— Impeccable communication with the Clients — managing and meeting their expectations;
— Providing accurate and timely information, data, and reports regarding the project status, activities, and performance.

Will be a plus:

— Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI (CAPM, PMI-ACP) or other PM and Agile-related certifications
— Previous experience as a Business Analyst and/or QA and/or Account Manager
— Development experience and engineering background is a big plus
— People management experience — mentoring technical team members.
