System Administrator (offline)

Main tasks you will have:
• Work with inventory system;
• Perform an inventory of company equipment;
• Create/delete user accounts;
• Install and configure workstations;
• Resolve issues with PCs and Laptops;
• Support Workstations/Hardware/Software (500+) and online services ;
• Work with remote offices (Ukraine and the US)

The skills we expect for this role:
• Expertise in troubleshooting hardware
• Administration of Linux (Ubuntu), Windows, macOS operation systems
• Understanding of system configuration (packages, installers)
• Awareness of how to use command line tools and how to use manuals
• Basic network knowledge: TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DNS, etc;

Will be a plus:
• Intermediate English
• Initiative, desire to learn something new
