Middle Java Developer (offline)

According to product roadmap there is need to setup separate team of experts with responsibilities for:

product performance benchmarking
DB improvements and performance
data engineering
microservices
software improvements
UI updates
file processing features
software architecture and new technologies injections
rapid PoC development

General requirements:
experience working with scalable products (preferably in financial services) with high load (number of transactions)
relational databases knowledge (Oracle)
high level of Java knowledge
message queue (RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, etc.)
SpringBoot
understanding of microservice architecture
hands on system design
ability for quick learning
communication skills
team work
Agile way of working in short sprints with meaningful outcomes/product increments and demo presentetations
