Social Media Marketing Specialist (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Build social media content plans and reports.
- Posting content to all social media channels such as Facebook, LinkedIn, adapting content to suit different channels;
- Administer social marketing accounts
- Coordinate with Content writer & Graphic designer to prepare engaging content to be published on social media panels;
- Communicate with Development and Sales departments to stay updated on new products and features;
- Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner;
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews;
- Research competitors and target markets;
- Organizing and managing the process of lead generation;
- Cold emailing and messaging through automation tools and LinkedIn;
- Develop new business opportunities via LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
- Research and explore new lead generation channels and build relationships with customers, potential customers;
- Manage & report the performance of the campaign across all channels;
- Create Ads on specific channels and report performance;
- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies;
- Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with social media marketing, preferably in IT;
- Experience with Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter;
- Good time-management skills for dealing with many SMM platforms at once;
- Knowledge and experience in using SMM tools;
- Excellent communication skills (at least Intermediate level of English);
- Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver;
- Professional knowledge of online marketing channels;
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and working with marketing metrics;
- Proven experience with running Facebook and LinkedIn ads;
- Deep understanding of various social networks as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter.
