Operations Manager (offline)

What You’ll Do
- Be a hustling multi-tasker, supporting ops teams across the region. You’ll be the go-to person for key supply engagement and incentives initiatives across verticals within the organization.
- Identify operational and structural weaknesses, seek ways to optimize revenue line items and cost per incremental delivery.
- Run experiments, validate hypotheses, measure the impact with data. Consolidate results into action plans and product requirements to put successful processes on rails.
- Liaise with the Logistics and Products teams to ensure directional alignment, prioritization and KPI’s.
- Work with the Operations leads to set strategic priorities, align regionally and identify areas of improvement to optimize operations across various countries.
- Work with other internal stakeholders to achieve your goals, including the operations team, senior leadership, product, tax, legal

What You’ll Need
- 3+ years of relevant experience in Consulting, Investment Banking or Operations with previous experience using data to drive business decisions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent Excel/GSuite, SQL skills would be a strong plus
- Demonstrated leadership in creating initiatives and leading projects at your organization
- Ability to create, implement and improve scalable operational processes
- Entrepreneurship mindset and ability to efficiently work under pressure
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English

for already two years Rocket operates regular flights in 26 cities of Ukraine;

our partners are more than 3000 cafes, restaurants, bars and shops;
and we don’t plan to stop: in 2021 we are going to fly outside Ukraine. Not to space yet, but close to it.

How did it all start? It started with an honest desire to create a great delivery service, which would be #1 in Ukraine. In March 2018 in Dnipro city we had only three couriers and delivered 83 orders from 5 restaurants. Over the next 12 months we have delivered 9,000 orders. Now — we won’t even count, because this number is growing literally every day.

Dialogue and total happiness of clients are very important for us. Our couriers do not just bring orders; they bring atmosphere and mood. And if something went wrong — we are in touch here and now, without templates, with a sincere desire to help. So everything works like a mechanism, like a rocket.
