Lead/Head of DevOps (offline)

Required Skills:
Great leadership skills
Ability to manage team of DevOps, SecOps, NetOps, L2 support
Written and verbal communication skills
Excellent knowledge of Linux systems: Ubuntu
Understanding of computer networks and security
Traffic routing and load balancing
CI-CD solutions: Azure VSO or similar
Experience with automation tools: Ansible, Terraform
Cloud providers: GCP, Azure, AWS
Scripting languages: bash or python
Knowledge of orchestration platforms: Swarm
Proven knowledge of monitoring solutions: Prometheus
Logs and alerting solutions like ELK or Graylog/Seq
Good communication and cooperation skills

Supporting of netcore services
Supporting of python services
Hashicorp Consul and Vault hands-on experience


Responsibilities:
Extending current and setting up new development environments and infrastructure
Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers
Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and ‘fixes’
Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
