Senior Full Stack Developer (Ruby on Rails) (offline)

We’re looking for someone who thrives on collaboration and a fast-paced, high-growth work environment. You have an inherent curiosity about development, problem solving, and a passion for bringing ideas and new products to market.
• You have strong technical skills in:
• Front end: React, Redux, Material-UI
• Back end: Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, Sidekiq, Redis, Rspec, Docker, Nginx, LimeSurvey
• AWS: EC2, RDS, S3, ElastiCache
• Build and Deploy: Jenkins
• Basic Linux experience
• Intermediate to Advanced working proficiency in English, both written and verbal is required. All day-to-day communication is in English
• You have enthusiasm to work remote with an international startup team; HQ in the US and team members in Europe
• You have experience and passion for solving technical problems
• You have experience optimizing for short term execution while planning for long term maintenance.
• You have strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Attention to detail. No small detail gets past you.
• Working hours: This is a full time role +40 hours a week. You should structure your work day so you can collaborate with team members in the USA. Core team hours between 14.00 - 21.00 Monday through Friday.
