Head of Sales Department (offline)
β experience in a similar position;
β high level of English (Upper);
β sales department management skills: training, adaptation, motivation, control;
β successful experience in promoting the company, finding clients;
β experience in building lead generation processes and sales funnels;
β experience in IT sales (outsourcing, outstaffing);
β skills in building and optimizing sales processes;
β organization of processes, selection and support of the CRM system.
Will be a plus:
β Magento and eCommerce sales experience;
β experience in conducting departments (with demonstration of results);
β work with foreign jurisdictions;
β knowledge of German or French.
Duties:
β ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of the department;
β achievement of sales targets;
β ensuring the volume of projects sold;
β control of the sales volume of the department and separately for each employee;
β setting up the work of the department and various positions in it according to KPI: (Revenue, closed deals, leads, bids, etc.);
β expansion of sales channels and development of new;
β ensuring diversification of leads from different sales channels (at least 2 new working sales / leads channels);
β reporting (new channels, deals, amounts of deals from all channels);
β selling a new technology stack for a company;
β development of foreign jurisdictions, representations, offices.
