- experience as a recruiter in IT sphere at least for 1 year;
- understanding of IT sphere (web/mobile development technologies);
- at least upper-intermediate level of English;
- knowledge of all main search tools;
- communication, visualization, presentation skills.

- interviewing candidates, estimating English level, relevant skills, and experience.
