IT Support Engineer (offline)

We’re looking for an ambitious IT Support Engineer with strong communication and organization skills. If you want to grow and work with a team of professionals on the revolutionary product, send us your CV.
This position is perfect for junior specialists to develop their skills and get tons of support from our team.

Needed skills:
— Experience of working as IT Support Engineer/System Administrator;
— Experience of working with ОС Windows, Linux, macOS;
— Experience in buying and managing equipment;
— Intermediate level of English;
— Being responsible, initiative, and organized.

Responsibilities:
— Installation and configuration of software, office, and network equipment;
— Installation, configuration, administration and data backup on macOS / Windows / Linux;
— Transferring employees’ data from one computer to another;
— Installing software on hardware that is in stock;
— Inventory control, record keeping of the issuance and reception of equipment;
— Replacement of inoperative equipment and forwarding it to the service;
— Report of pirated links, scammers, and duplicates of our site;
— Communication with anti-piracy providers.
