CRM marketing manager [BF] (offline)

Essential Requirements:
● You have some experience of marketing campaign execution or QA;
● You have a good understanding of how to utilize different communication channels to achieve the best results;
● You have the good technical knowledge and an eye for detail;
● You can demonstrate good written and spoken English, as communication skills are essential
for daily communication with teams based in the US;
● You have managed multiple projects or campaigns at the same time and you have a strong
sense of priorities to get things done in the most efficient way.

Daily Responsibilities:
● Configuring and scheduling CRM campaigns using internal and third-party tools;
● Verify asset quality; QA and test campaign setups to ensure error-free execution and accurate delivery;
● Perform post-launch checks to monitor campaign performance;
● Setting up campaigns via available communication channels (Push, In-App Messages, etc.) monitoring channel engagement (Click-through-rate, Open Rate), and suggesting channel
improvements;
● Collaborating with other teams across the business: Live Operations, Art/Graphic Design, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Social Media, VIP, Customer Service.


Ad Hoc Responsibilities:
● Preparing art briefs and writing marketing copies (emails, push notifications);
● Providing ideas for new campaign concepts;
● Suggesting areas of improvements (campaigns, tools, processes);
● Assist in troubleshooting Customer Service escalations related to CRM campaigns;
● Escalating issues that surface.
