Financial Analyst (offline)

This role provides opportunities to broaden and deepen your skills and experience in financial analysis, control processes, management accounting, compilation of reports and a range of project work.

I. Responsibilities:
- Process and analyze all transactional information required for preparation of month end reports, ad-hoc analysis and reporting and supporting the month-end and year-end reporting and audit process;
- Support and assist company budget holders and non-finance colleagues, to ensure accurate and timely information is available to inform and influence decisions
- Support the management team with analysis of departmental cost performance;
- Production of the monthly financial KPI reports;
- Produce ad – hoc financial reports for senior management when required;
- Partner with both finance and non-finance teams, reporting and gaining insights on cost drivers;

II. Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
- Two to four years of experience in a similar role;
- Experienced in extracting, manipulating and presenting data in Excel; and the confidence to question, and follow up queries;
- Strong communication skills; able to present financial analysis and non-financial information;
- A self-starter with the ability to work unaided and to build working relationships with different teams located in different cities around the world;
- Have a strong business acumen.
