β’ look for IT specialists for vacancies;
β’ conduct initial interviews with candidates;
β’ schedule and coordinate technical interviews;
β’ accompany the candidate until the moment of employment;
β’ post vacancies on job sites;
β’ form an active base of candidates in CRM.
β‘What are our requirements?
β’ be able to use different channels for IT specialists searching: LinkedIn Search, X-Ray, Boolean Search, Turbo Hiring, etc.;
β’ know and understand the IT market specifics;
β’ desire to develop in IT-recruiting and work for results.
βWill be a plus:
β’ experience in IT recruitment;
β’ English β Pre-intermediate or higher.
