Senior Product Manager (B2B, Cloud) (offline)

Ми шукаємо Senior Product Manager для нового продукту в лінійці Infrascale Backup and Disaster Recovery. Мета продукту – протягом 15 хвилин відновити роботу IT-інфраструктури, локально або в клауді, після атаки ransomware, стихійного лиха чи помилки користувача. Ми захистимо тисячі невеликих і середніх компаній, надавши їм інструмент, що раніше був доступним лише великим корпораціям.

Key skills:
– 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Manager, including market and competitor analysis, validation of product ideas, creating roadmaps, requirements and launching new offerings
– Technical background that is sufficient to understand the needs of the very technical customers (most of them work in IT Operations). Understanding storage and virtualization technologies and/or cloud technologies is a must

Responsibilities:
– Be the authority in the product area – customer needs, business opportunities – through research, competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and cross-functional collaboration
– Develop the product vision and roadmap within the context of company strategy
– Synthesize Product Management, Sales, Support, Engineering, and Customer feedback into a product backlog
– Own features and products end-to-end, including execution, quality, acceptance testing, launch
– Support the engineering teams in understanding the value and details of new requirements, product and business initiatives
– Communicate – up, down, side-to-side, and out

What you will bring to the table:
– Hands-on Product Management
– Passion for product and solving the customer need
– Analytical and practical mindset to prioritize needs, value, and trade-offs
– Ability to identify and track critical metrics
– Excellent listening and communication skills to discover and explain requirements
– Experience in structured documentation of requirements, Scrum agile framework/product ownership, and defining the architecture of user experience: story maps, screen flows
– Ability to proficiently communicate in English
– 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Manager in roles of escalating scope
– Technical background/prior development in one of the following: virtualization, cloud compute and storage, highly-scalable applications, hardware, backup/disaster recovery
