People Partner (offline)

What would be your responsibilities:
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and provide retention support;
- Onboarding new employees (office and remote), mid-term control of probation periods;
- Assisting in elaborating individual development plans for the employees in line with the performance review process;
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with employees to maintain engagement through regular communication
- Keeping the relevant HR databases with employee’s records;
- Involvement in the process of the regular performance reviews
- Managing exit process
- Identifying new HR-practices that could increase employees’ engagement

Requirements:
- Successful experience in IT at least 3 years
- The knowledge and practical skills in building and implementation of HR processes and tools;
- Experience with all main stages of the employee’s life cycle (onboarding & adaptation, performance reviews & 360 assessment, L&D, people management, conflict solving, engagement & retention, exit)
- Experience in working and close communication with remote teams
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good English is a must
- Result-oriented approach
- High level of empathy
