Requirements

We are looking for a self-starter who is able to work autonomously. Ideally, you will have prior experience within an IT industry or professional education
Understanding of advanced search techniques including Boolean and Google searches
Social media sourcing knowledge and a strong network in IT is highly desirable
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace
Good English

Responsibilities
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will:
Source and connect with the market's best talents while acting as key support person for the TA team.
Advertise and promote roles within your network and across relevant social media platforms
Research, identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements
Qualify, shortlist and present suitable candidates against defined job vacancies
Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and internal teams
Initiate, manage and develop candidate relationships
Understand and meet agreed KPIs and targets
