IT Recruiter (offline)
Responsibilities:
• Handle the full recruiting cycle
• Support candidates on all stages of the recruitment flow
• Сlose cooperation with Hiring Managers
• Recruitment database maintenance in ATS
• Help with data collection and analytics
• To be ready for a quickly changing environment and position prioritization according to business needs
• Use traditional and creative resources to identify and attract A-level candidates
• Generate creative ideas and implement them
What We'll Expect from You
• 2+ years of hands-on experience as an IT recruiter
• Deep understanding of the software development domain
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Interacting with professionals in niche platforms
• Knowledge of various recruiting tools
• Upper-intermediate English is a must
• Drive, Sense of Urgency
• High level of energy and initiative
• Great communication skills
• Ability to partner and be a team player
