IT Project Manager/ Delivery Manager (offline)

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Deliver product's iterations using the appropriate agile project management methodology
Take ownership and responsibility for issue management, risks, decisions and the overall success of a project
Manage a large team of software developers, QA engineers, web designers, product owner, business customer support manager (20+)
Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process - prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
Manage deadlines and milestones
Handle operational issues related to the project
Provide leadership and direction to the development teams
Provide technical support and participate in the change control process
Drive and coordinate crisis management
Become the single point of contact for delivery
Ensure all product's deliveries are built to an appropriate level of quality
Matrix-managing a multidisciplinary team
Actively participating in the management team, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge and bringing in best practice
Work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
Delivery Manager reports to the Company’s Owner and CTO

You can be an ideal candidate if you have:
5+ years experience working in an Agile environment as a Project/Program/Delivery Manager
Experience of managing software development projects
Proven success experience of managing a large team of software developers, QA engineers, web designers, project managers and product managers/owners (15+ people)
A proven track record of delivering projects to time, cost and quality
Extensive technical background, hands-on experience in software development and web technologies,
Experience in full cycle of software development
Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
Experience working in a matrix environment, managing multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of creating technical designs and product strategies
Able to apply strategic thinking and demonstrate an understanding of functional and technical requirements
Results-oriented, prioritizes work activities, plans and stays organized in order to meet commitments
Experience of managing and mentoring for all the employees
Creative problem solver, able to build contingency plans and handle stressful situation with professionalism
Understanding of the digital and e-commerce business domain
Excellent presentation, communication (oral & written), and relationship-building skills, across all levels of management and a good team player
Good command of English
