What to do?
Develop brand recognition, work with top media via contractor PR specialists.
Plan and implement paid and non paid user acquisition strategies and tactics.
Plan and implement in-game cross promotion marketing campaigns.
Build marketing team almost from zero.
Business development and partnership deals (optional).
Manage and drive continuous improvements of player acquisition and retention;
Work with development teams to identify featuring opportunities based on upcoming content as well as game performance metrics.

How?
Apply creative and non-traditional methods of growing our customer base;
Manage and drive continuous improvements of player acquisition and retention;
Measure results of the cross promotion campaigns and optimize our assets and experiments;
Work in close collaboration with the Product, User Acquisition, Analytics teams to tie the cross promotion marketing efforts to performance results like retention, LTV, ROAS;
Share best practices and insights regularly with Product, Design and User Acquisition teams.

At least 3 years of experience in Performance Marketing, with 1 year of experience directly managing a team of at least 3 people. Experience of hiring and training staff is an advantage;
Practical knowledge of digital, performance marketing, and ads management. Experience within the games industry is a plus;

Experience with project tracking software;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills;
Good organizational skills, goal orientation, reporting and user-centric skills are crucial;
Able to manage content and maintain a large quantity of assets;
Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs);
Fluent English (minimum Upper-Intermediate, Advanced a strong plus).
