Senior Network Engineer (offline)

Required skills
— Strong experience with Cisco (IOS-XE and IOS-XR platforms) and/or Juniper (MX/SRX) in a Service Provider environment;
— Strong understanding and troubleshooting ability with BGP/ISIS/OSPF and IP/MPLS;
— Must have experience in Telco environments working on 24×7 mission-critical networks;
— Excellent English verbal and written communication skills;
— Ambition to drive both your own and the company’s success;
— A natural problem solver and strong ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders;
— Strong experience with Linux and Open Source tool sets;
— Experience with network automation highly desirable;
— Experience with Fortinet and/or Palo Alto Networks firewalls highly desirable.

Responsibilities
— Complete new service provisioning activities on our Network Core and Customer Edge devices;
— Monitor Alerts and Monitoring information for our Network Core and other Managed Network Infrastructure;
— Complete scheduled MACD requests and upgrades on managed infrastructure;
— Work with our carrier and vendor partners to resolve network faults;
— Work with our team on network upgrade and expansion projects and overall service improvement;
— Maintain network documentation and internal system updates.
