Senior 3D Animator/Artist

We are looking for a Senior 3D Animator/Artist to work on the new project for VR/AR solutions. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, with a major focus on the creation and integration of 3D characters, assets, and their animations in line with the vision and technology of the project.

What you gonna do:
- Modeling and animating avatars for innovative VR product which already on the market
- Collaborate with programmers and designers to implement the most natural VR experience
- Сreating assets for VR multiplayer collaboration system
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Qualifications:
- Expert in a 3D package, Blender, Maya (Character Studio, Motion Builder)
- Good understanding of Unity 3D and its character pipeline
- At least 3 years of experience in character animation and modeling
- Experienced in texturing, material setup, and shading in Unity 3D
- Experience in animation in Unity 3D (Mecanim, Timeline)
- Good rigging skills, understanding all aspects of character rigging and skinning
- Strong understanding of animation principles — timing, weight, and staging
- Understanding of human anatomy, physiological reactions, body language, and proportions
- English - intermediate or higher

Nice to have:
- Enthusiasm and desire to work in game-like apps
- Basic artistic skills
- Integrate animations into the game while ensuring technical constraints are met (Character controllers)
