IT Recruiter (offline) $700-1200

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of IT recruitment experience;
- Understanding of common search techniques;
- Successful experience of closing technical positions of middle and senior levels;
- Understanding of IT market and basic knowledge of technologies/tools/approaches;
- Experience with Recruitment ATS
- Good communication skills;
-Intermediate English.

Responsibilities:
- Leading the full recruitment cycle resulting in successful job-offering and contract signing;
- Participating in Recruitment - meetings;
- Preparation of job descriptions;
- Searching for candidates on assigned positions (middle/senior level);
- Provide interview feedback and assessment;
- Internal candidates database maintenance;
- Job market analyses and reviews.
