IT Recruiter (offline)

Tasks on the position:
- The full cycle of recruitment
- Search for new channels to attract job seekers;
- Conducting an initial interview, organizing a second interview with the executive;
- Onboarding new employees;
- Formation of profiles for company employees;
- Control over the probationary periods;
- Communication with employees, assistance in solving help-situations;
- Keeping records of employees' documents.

Requirements:
- Understanding of full lifecycle recruiting components
- Experience in recruiting (2+ years)
- Proven experience working with IT vacancies;
- Experience in hiring both long term employees and short term contractors;
- Good understanding of IT technologies and market trends;
- Team-player with strong interpersonal skills;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Fluent English
