Talent Acquisition Partner (offline)

Requirements:

— 3+ years of proven work experience as an IT Recruiter
— Experience of leading a full cycle recruitment process
— Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
— Good understanding of IT job market
— Work experience in interviewing, selecting, negotiating job offers
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
— Experience working in an international fast-moving environment
— Upper-intermediate level of English or higher
— Strong decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

— Lead full life cycle recruitment process (from the understanding of vacancy’s requirements, sourcing of candidates, interviewing candidates to negotiating potential offers)
— Cooperate directly with SF and local managers, HR and Marketing department
— Create new ways to engage passive candidates through sourcing and social media
— Compose, monitor and maintain job postings on various job boards
— Proactively develop applicant database via active recruiting, obtaining referrals and re-activating candidates
— Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience
— Take part in recruitment-related researches
— Promote the company’s reputation as “the best place to work”.
