UI product designer (offline)

We at Field Complete are a group of young, fun-loving friends looking to change the way the Servicing Industry works in a way only a start-up can. We’re working on an all-around software solution that encompasses the everyday duties of our clients and ensures a seamless experience. Our aim is to reduce workload and improve efficiency leading to higher volumes and better margins.

The UX/UI engineer will help with development of new designs, the mobile being their biggest focus.

FIGMA, JIRA, Whimsical
Key responsibilities and tasks:
— Contribute to the design of useful, usable, and desirable products in a team environment
— Understand customers and their needs through market analysis, customer research, and feedback
— Design the architecture, interface, and interaction flow of services and experiences


Key responsibilities and tasks:

— Contribute to the design of useful, usable, and desirable products in a team environment
— Develop personas, customer journey maps, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes
— Facilitate the design process, present and iterate design solutions
— Manage design libraries and design systems with adherence to product branding requirements.
— Expert knowledge of UI design principles and techniques.
— Work closely with UX designers, developers, and peers
— Utilize your knowledge of responsive design to account for various screen sizes
— Develop style guides so that each product design adheres to its own look and feel throughout the project process
