About the job:

As a Data Analyst (Research and Development Engineer), you will be responsible for researching internal data and processes to identify
actionables + areas of improvement within the organization. You will often be asked to figure out how to research, test, and implement new processes within the company. These include (but aren’t limited to): data warehousing pipelines, departmental/employee performance, and software usage. You will report directly to the executives of a 1,000 employee company.

Daily to-dos:

● Conduct analysis of technical engineering products, systems and subsystems
● Conduct research on the new solutions for internal processes improvement
● Test and implement propositions on the basis of research findings
● Contribute data/findings for use in the reporting
● Collaborate with the other team members, engineers, and scientists to accomplish organizational goals

Key skills:

● Business-minded: analyzing tasks and resources in terms of budget and efficiency
● 6 month + of SQL experience
● Decent knowledge of statistical principles and data science
● BI application experience would be a plus
● Coding experience would be a plus
● Upper-Intermediate+ English (both spoken and written)
● Result-oriented mindset
● Data-driven decision-making
● Attention to detail
