Senior Unity3D / Team Lead Unity3D (offline)

About our project: All the assets for the game will be adapted from the movie. All the simulation and logic is server-side - and has nothing to do with Unity. Which means that only the rendering has to be done in Unity - but it has to be done extremely well; this is where you come in.

About you: you have solid experience creating an Unity-based game (5+ year), rendering using Unity; you should be able to demonstrate at least one Unity-based project to which you have personally contributed in a significant way.

Responsibilities:
Rendering using Unity tools for that is the main responsibility
We might want to render with UE as well or build an agnostic solution that would work with both Unity and UE

Advantage
Experience in managing a small team
English B2+
Experience with Unreal Engine

The work is 100% remote, so a high level of self-discipline is required. It is the actual results of your work which matter, not "how much time you spent on it".
