Business Development Manager Smart SDA (offline)

Responsibilities:
• Market analysis (global tendency, local market leaders, shares, products, positioning)
• Direct and indirect Vendor negotiation for better price, spec, terms
• Product Road map planning based on market analysis and vendors and suppliers communications
• Asbis offices communications – (mission, vision, products, sales- leads, plans)
• Sales forecast collection and sales planning
• Supply chain control and purchase planning to the vendor
• Inventory management and control
• Budgeting ( finance, sales, expenses)
• Product marketing of products
• Formation of an assortment matrix within a product category
• New product launch preparation
• Communication and participation in project management
• Price policy communication and control of RRP in responsible countries
• Presentation of the product and its benefits (preparation of basic training materials);
• Personnel training of local sales teams.
• initialization of the introduction of new product categories
• Analysis of sales and profitability of individual products and categories in general


KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (related to the respective strategic objective):
• Gross Profit (GP) = Sales – Cost of goods – cost of freight (- cost of finance). Including extra profit from rebates, discounts from vendors excluding rebates, discounts, other credit given or to be given to customers
• Gross Margin (GM) = GP / Sales
• GPROCA = GP / Sales * 365 / (Average Inventory days + Average Receivable days)
• Net Working Capital (NWC**) = Inventory$ + Receivables$ - Payables$
• Old stock (>30 days)
• Average Receivable days
• EP, SEP , NEP
• Landed Cost
• Freight cost
• Reserve Funds available
• YtoY business growth




SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Practical sales, marketing, business management experience
• Broad understanding business model, business requirements and associated structures
• Goal oriented, results driven with strong desire to see tasks through completion
• Highly dynamic, self starter who uses own initiatives to maximize value of company
• Ability to identify opportunities & to transform them from concept to reality
• Realistic and pragmatic approach to objectives
• Committed to the job and its success
• Ability to interact professionally and comfortably at all levels within the organization (verbal, written, presentations)
• Presentation & communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and knowledge
• Experience managing successful business with cross functional teams
• Fluent English spoken and written
• Experience in SDA market will be a benefit
• knowledge of the basics of logistics
• Basic knowledge of the design and construction of APP, FW will be OK
